These exercises are synchronized with corresponding breathing patterns, thus enhancing cardiovascular stimulation and promoting neuro-muscular rejuvenation.

GYROTONICŪ exercises use a pulley tower equipped with weights to facilitate complete freedom of movement in all planes of motion.  It is a fully adjustable and can meet the needs of many people with varying body types and levels of strength and flexibility.

GYROKINESISŪ

GYROKINESISŪ exercises, performed while sitting, standing and lying on the floor, allow one to work on the entire body through 7 natural elements of spinal movement and joint articulation. This approach systematically works the joints and muscles through consistent rhythmic and undulating movements.
